Filing a Complaint
The Ridgefield Health Department accepts complaints of public health nuisances in writing when accompanied by
the complainant's name, address, phone number, and signature. Annonymous complaints can not be accepted.

To file a complaint of a public health nuisance, click here to print our form.
Complete the form and submit it to our office in the 2nd floor at the
Town Hall Annex - 66 Prospect Street, Ridgefield.
Upon reciept of your completed complaint form, the nuisance will be investigated and appropriate action will be
taken to remedy the situation in accordance with all state health codes and local ordinances.
