Design Council

The Design Council is a municipal advisory resource available to the Ridgefield Board of Selectmen, Town Boards, commissions, committees and officials. The Council advises and aids on issues affecting the image and character of Ridgefield, its historic buildings, scenic vistas, landmark properties, and cultural resources. Part of the Design Council's mission is to work with other town organizations to advance the principles of design for new buildings, signs, public spaces and streetscapes.
